Manhasset School Transporation Vote
On December 15th, Manhasset voters will vote on a bond issue to purchase buses and allow the Manhasset School District to run their own transportation company.
Like Yogi said…dejavu all over again! You may remember back around 2005 voters voted to outsource the transportation. Now, voters have to decide to keep it outsourced or bring it back in house so to speak.
Want to hear the pros and cons of how to vote on this bond issue? The place for that will be the Manhasset Board of Education meeting this Thursday December 3rd at 8 pm at the high school. The bond issue is on the agenda. I am sure folks for and against will be there to state their cases.
